Every generation has its landmark cartoon series. In the late 2000s a concept for merging the popular Teen Titans and Young Justice comics into one show emerged. That show would be called Young Justice and it would change how people viewed the DC Universe forever. We spent years begging for a serious interpretation to our modern-day folklore and we were given a team of angsty young heroes, hell-bent on proving they have what it takes to change the status quo.
