Raja Jackson Arrested on Felony Charges Related to Syko Stu Incident

Raja Jackson, the son of mixed martial arts legend Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, was arrested on a felony charge Thursday morning following a violent altercation with independent wrestler Syko Stu at a KnoX Pro event last month. The arrest stems from an incident that was captured on a livestream and quickly went viral, showing Jackson brutally beating Stu, whose real name is Stuart Smith.

The incident, which took place at a KnoX Pro Wrestling Academy show in August, reportedly began as a planned spot in the wrestling event. Accounts from the event suggest that there was a pre-arranged confrontation that was meant to be part of the show. However, the situation escalated dramatically when Raja Jackson, an MMA fighter, delivered a series of legitimate strikes to an apparently unconscious Syko Stu.

According to reports and video footage, Jackson continued to punch Stu numerous times after he was already defenseless on the mat, leading to significant injuries. Smith was hospitalized with what were described as substantial head and facial injuries.

In the aftermath of the event, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson issued a public apology on behalf of his son, stating that the situation was a "work that went wrong." He indicated that his son was not a professional wrestler and should not have been involved in the event. KnoX Pro Wrestling also released a statement condemning the violence and describing it as a deviation from their planned performance.

TMZ Sports reported that Raja Jackson was taken into custody early on Thursday and booked on a felony charge. He was reportedly being held on $50,000 bail. The arrest follows a police investigation that was launched shortly after the incident occurred.
